How long does aspirin stay contained by the body?

I've been taking one 100mg tablet every day since June 08, when I had heart surgery. I stop taking it tomorrow, and want to know how long up to that time my clotting factor is back to normal - when can I safely gain piercings etc?

Directions on the pack say you can take 100mg every 6 hours, so I would imagine specifically about how long they stay there. After one day adjectives the "aspirin" would be gone but for the clotting factor to return to normal will take a little longer.
I would consent to it cycle out of your system for about a week. Are you taking anything else? Plavix or coumadin? Those are blood thinners too.
