What is a suitable learner cycle for deca durabolin and sustanon? Of merely stick beside one and only deca for the cycle?

Just curious which would be the better option.. I know 200 for the deca once a week for 8 but i dont know what kind of cycle you would have if you threw surrounded by the sustanon?
Also, I know you cant just stop deca so what would be good to take rotten cycle?
