I requirement direction from a pharmacist?

I take the following drugs: Methatrexate, Plaquinil, Presnisone and Folic acid. Can I start taking my hormone replacement drugs like Estrogen and Progesteron? I basically recently started the Methatrexate.

I take the Prednison (5 mg) in the morning, the Plaquinil within the afternoon, and the Methatrexate in the late evening. I'm going to slowly get past its sell-by date the Prednisone. Should I wait until I am off the Prednisone before I start the Estrogen and Progesterone?
