I've be sick, taking Nyquil. Will I tryout positive for alcohol contained by UA?

I am in treatment and get random UA's ...but I've be sick for the past 4 days and have been taking Nyquil every hours of darkness. Could this affect my test results?

It might since Nyquil does contain alcohol. Just be honest & tell them what you told us. Nyquil is an over the counter medication so it's not a big problem. Honesty is the best policy for if you don't tell them, you'll hold them thinking something worse. Just take the medicine as you're supposed to & stay within the right dosage breadth. Good luck.
