I'm not familiar beside this term, so I did a little research. I looks like soor is an elder term for thrush which is a simple yeast infection (or Candidiasis) of the oral cavity usually involving the tongue. It is typically caused by Candida albicans (the most common pathogenic yeast) but can also be cause by other Candida species. Try a search for thrush instead.
