Missing 2 paxil doses, will it injure me?
I ran out yesterday, and as i usually take them at night at hand was nothing i could do. I was supposed to run and pick up my prescription this afternoon but it the place where I get it for free was closed :S I can (hopefully) budge and pick it up monday morning but will it harm me not taking it twice in a row? I am on 40mg a day.

It won't harm you, but after three days you may start getting deduction symptoms. It is irresponsible to let yourself run out of antidepressants, it can really mess with your head, other keep a supply ready.
I'm not a doctor, but I doubt it would harm you. When you get your prescription, I think most doctors would say to continue your prescribed dosage diary and DON'T go try to make up for the missed doses (i.e., by taking several pills at once).
Missing 2 days will not "undo" the antidepressant effects of the medication, as long as you brand sure to resume your normal dosing schedule as soon as possible. Most likely you won't sense anything out of the ordinary. One thing to keep surrounded by mind with Paxil is that it's also fairly sedating for an antidepressant, so you might feel a bit more "jittery" than run of the mill without it, but even if this happens, it will go away vastly quickly once you get your normal dose.
But if on Monday morning for some basis you can't get it, start calling people. The doctor, the pharmacist, another pharmacist, whatever it take. It's important to you.
call your pharmacist & doctor to be sure.
