Generic adderall XR vs Brand?

I am switching to Generic Adderall XR next month (insurance purposes) But all I hear is bad reviews. Should I recompense more just to stay with Brand or is this all 'hype'. I do not want to start attitude nauseous, vomit, etc etc like the people hold wrote the effects are. Any positive experiences out there?
