Yes. Do inventory any and all medications you take, even including if you've eat a poppy seed muffin. What they are mostly looking for are street drugs, so if you have a legitimate prescription for said headache medication there is no problem. Do take the bottle with you basically in case they need certification.
If the medication is a prescription, tell them what it is and what the dosage is and who prescribed it.
if it is an over the counter prescription, also tell them what it is and the frequency in which you take it.
it's better to be protected than sorry when it comes to a drug test. that way, they can explain better what will be revealed on the tox panel.
