I guess you can if you want to, but it can't cause cancer or anything in males. I'm sure there's many ancestors researching, but no one has found anything that works yet.

The HPV vaccine does work for males according to all present research. However, because the main benefit of it is preventing cervical cancer, all the approval trials be done in women, and the vaccine was granted direct approval only for use within women. Doctors can still prescribe it off-label, but most insurance companies will not pay for it.
That said, it's a relatively new vaccine, and it's still very expensive to spawn. The cost to benefit ratio of vaccinating all boys in indistinguishable age group as girls who get it is pretty dismal right now. As the cost of the vaccine decreases, as VLP vaccines tend to over time, it may become viable to give a vaccination against boys on a large scale. As it stands now, it costs too much and gain too little in terms of decreased condition care costs in the long run.
As for why there is no Herpes vaccine, economically, Herpes Simplex in its various forms is second only to possibly HIV in terms of its resistance to the immune system. HSV has defy all attempts to create a vaccine that works - and it is not for lack of trying. Literally dozens of different HSV vaccines have be brought to human trials, and completely failed. This may be due to the way that the Herpes DNA is maintained surrounded by the cytoplasm, or HSV's apparent ability to manipulate the body's immune response.
There is, at the moment, an HSV inoculation in Phase III clinical trials which has demonstrated an efficacy rate of 70% in preventing HSV contained by women (in its Phase II trials). Data is due to be published this summer, and approval could be as early as next year if it is positive.
That said, this HSV vaccine in trials lone works in women. It is completely ineffective in men for unknown reasons.

Why is there no vaccine for AIDS or Cancer...? They haven't found one yet, same near Herpes. I'm not sure if the HPV vaccine they made works for Males but you could ask a Doctor to find out for sure.
