I am of late curious to this?
If someone has cancer, can and does it most of time show up in bloodwork if you have have it for a while, and I know lung cancer is the hardest to treat but what is the easiest?

Some cancers (e.g. prostate, liver, other digestive system cancers) do produce antigens or "tumour markers" which show up in blood tests. Many other types don't, and we enjoy to rely on symptoms and other investigations besides blood tests to find them.
