How to write an evaluation over a clinical rotation experience you didn't resembling?

I'm currently doing rotations/internship for my major. I'm a clinical laboratory science major. I've gone to several different hospitals around this area research hospital lab practice. My last rotation was in hematology.

I REALLY didn't resembling my experience there. She had me stay there for a full work time, just like her, even though she never taught me anything after 10am. She primarily used me for "free help" and then ignored me whenever everything was done. The director call me into his office about something on my background check and next had the audacity to ask me if I was gay! They never offered a chair to me to sit and do lab work, so I be on my feet for the entire 8+ hour day, 5 days a week, while they all sit around in chairs, and gossipped when they had no work to do (because the students were doing it all).

I don't want to come stale as a whiner or a complainer in this evaluation, or unprofessional, but how can I get my horizontal of dissatisfaction across?
Answers:
I would make recommendations on how to make the experience better. That approach, you're not whining or complaining, but helping to improve the program. Btw, I would not mention every little thing, but just a couple of the trunk flaws. However, phrase it in a way that shows you gained something but could enjoy gained more. If it was truly a nightmare, you could speak with the director of your program and show concern for students who follow you to some extent than complain about how you were slighted, offended, etc.
