In Need of research Ideas?
I am planning to do research on obese/overweight people (11-24 age). They go through exercise and diet control training. I am looking for research ideas that i can check on the group. Thanks in advance

Well. What about researching the reason they have become obese and rather then shifting their diet in a sudden, change or fix the major source that got them to become fat. Why do I consider this? It's because, yes an individual can lose the weight but once the source they had become fat triggers them again they may become overweight again. If there is a process to fix the reason they became fat they would most feasible have the will to change and when they have the will, it will be best to engender a change in their diet and fitness. I believe people become stout because of physiological reasons that can be fixed.
Also another research that I consider is the food being eaten by everday individuals. Foods that are not natural. Can non organic food cause a change on human bodies that we enjoy not yet discovered?
Are non organic foods causing youthful teens developing in a faster rate?
Why when people visit their countries and put away the same way as they would here on America tend to lose weight a bit than gain weight?
Are the chemicals in the canned foods cause people to become obese, like a chemical reaction that cause people to lose weight in a slower stride?
Those are many of my theories and questions that may interest you.
Good luck with your research :) Source(s): My view.
Hello ! If I were you , I would put it simply . As we know that a human being's diet is about +/- 1800cal/day ( = 75cal:h x 24h ) , it seems to me that a honest start for such an interesting survey would be just this one : submit a daily detailed calender to your patients. They would just hold to fill it up every 30 minutes- or hour - writing down the exact and detailed quantity of food ( kind and Q for respectively ) and drink ( idem) they consumed + the physical activity they performed : walking, sports, sedentary activity too, sleeping time, etc , etc .
Day after daytime , during - let's say, one week - you would just have to collect the sheets and estimate the Q of calories they held and burned . Twice a day, they would have to control their weight too and write it down .Based on the information , estimations, etc .... you could draw a very interesting graphic scheme of the results....Success contained by your work ! Source(s): Personal but probably uncompleted approach of the problem .
