Can u physically sweat rotten sharpie pen?

I don't think it's technically "sweating it off," but sweaty skin would for sure not hold the ink as well. The ink will come off when the dead skin cell slough off the skin surface (a process that is happening continuously), and one sweaty probably also helps this to some degree by letting the dead stuff stick together (like the crud you hose off in the shower).
the ink will disappear over time. it will be a combination of your skin cells dying, rubbing bad, and sweating. Anything you rub against your skin will speed this process. Anything that you put onto your epidermis, (outmost layer of the epithelial system) is only temporary. Some things will freshly be there a lot longer than others.
