Is within any medical route to identify a transsexual up to that time surgery and hormone analysis, in need chitchat to them?

Is there any physical or genetic evidence of this condition?
Answers:
There is a physical/medical difference that has been widely agreed for years. However it would requite an autopsy to see it. This is in regards to the BSTc region of the hypothalamus. It is different in size and crossection for men and women. It have been found 100% of the time that a transsexuals is identical to what their gender identity is.
Genetic conducting tests is a very young field, however frequent scientists have found links to various aspects to point to a genetic cause. Time, science, and the medical community will eventual connect the dots and we will enjoy a full answer.

For now it is in the realm of the psychologist who is sexual characteristics trained to properly diagnose one as having gender dyshporia which is caused by the medical reason.

To add to what Sharon said:

Because there is no definitive test we enjoy to go through extensive therapy and counseling to be evaluated, both before and during transition. And I don't know if a definitive experiment will ever be developed as their appears to be multiple causes for transsexualism.

Therapy separates people who are transsexual from people who own other conditions that can present as transsexualism. If one is not transsexual they should NOT transition. Once in a great while you here about someone who transitioned and regretted it; almost invariably these people be not really transsexual and/or lied thier way through the process.
