Can one like a cat on hot bricks alter blood check results from adrenaline production?

i noticed that today before i took a blood test i get a little bit nervous and started to sweat a bit and got a moderate consciousness of that adrenaline pumping/heart beating a little faster. would that have any affect on the blood testing results, i.e. overruling things in your blood that might have been near or adding things that weren't there? does adrenaline have any effect on immunity/germ killing/chemical destruction or is it merely something that pumps your blood faster?
