Is it middle-of-the-road for a chief to hurt after a brain MRI?

I've had a concussion for about 2 wks now, and I get an MRI today, but my head hurts a little worse. It seems my headache were finally starting to get better (or so i thought) and then i get my MRI and my headaches are back

It's a normal article?
