What do you reflect of the first human frontage transplant?

i personally think he doesn't look good approaching why is this supposed to be a success? i feel bad for the man.
Answers:
He died. He developed an infection and finished up with cardiac arrest.

If he had lived, he would have have several plastic surgeries, each making him look more "normal". By the end, he would have looked tremendously different.
