Help me diagnose what this might be?
I got this weird rash on both my arms and a bit on my stomach, also I receive random feelings of itchyness/stinging that feels resembling its under my skin that changes locations really quickly from my arm to leg to stomach to collar etc. As far as I know I have no allergies.

There are many things that can lead to such sensations. Some are dieases, others are allergies from foreign bodies. First, you must visit your doctor this is amazingly important because it could be something dangerous (autoimmune disease). but don't panic, cus sometimes our response change, and i know someone who was not allergic at all to penecillin and after several years, he was to die of anaphylactic shock from penecillin though he used to receive this drug heaps times before. So, your body and responses change with time, and you might develop allergies from things you be not allergic to before. Take care n good luck " I Hope its not something serious :) "
I completely agree that you should go see a doctor - you might have gotten a parasite, for instance.
But tolerate me also throw out an oddball suggestion: could it be that you recently changed laundry soap? Or - have you used matching laundry soap for years? Or use a fabric softener for towels or sheets for your bed?
You can get sensitized to all kind of stuff - and the "jumping around" you're describing may come from developing a sensitivity to something that touches you all over, to various degree. You change positions at night, so different parts of you might get prolonged contact next to the irritant if it's in your sheets. Or, you're damp after a shower and drying off next to a towel with suspect soap actually rubs the stuff into your skin.
Try washing everything surrounded by mild ivory soap, or use white vinegar in the rinse water, or use baking soda in the wash machine. Don't touch the lint in the dryer - air dry your laundry if you can.
BUT - most of adjectives - get a doctor's opinion about the imprudent.
Sounds like skin disease. Are you having a moral bath?
