you may not be getting enough iron in your system. Another first name for it is iron deficiency anaemia. A lot of people can take iron pills and that will aid. I had a low red blood count and I had to get a blood transfusion and consequently go in and get my count tested once a month. I also be on iron three times a day for a long time.
