Male pectoral surgery?
I was born without a pec. I dont need it, but I would similar to to have, if possible a real muscle implanted near microsurgery. Can I have microsurgery done, or is the only way to win what i want those fake implants? I really dont want that because I'm assuming you can't work them out and they dont make you stronger...

Muscle transplant for cosmetic reason is far down the list of medical priorities. They would have to find one in your body you be willing to lose, re-establish blood and nerve supply, not to mention the muscle attachments to bone, the pectoral is a broad area, and I hold never even heard of docs attempting this. You would probably be better off with the drive in.
BTW, I have seen several such cases in which in that was also a congenital cardiac abnormality, such as bicuspid aortic valve, that went undiagnosed. Please, please, ask your doctor to do full cardiac evaluation.
