Bleach, vinegar, Niacin?? what works to endorse a drug interview?

I had a clean system until last hours of darkness I smoked 2 blunts with 4 people so i probably got approaching half a blunts worth. I am reading all these detox remedies. Does anyone have proof of which ones really work? I am drinking tons of marine some cranberry juice coffee exercising and my friend is giving me a niacin pill. Anything else I can do to help I heard if you drink vinegar or but a few drops of bleach contained by your drink this helps..... dunno if i wanna do that but i really need this job.

THC and its metabolite d-9-THC can be detected contained by the urine of an infrequent user for approx. 6 days. There is nothing that you can do that will speed up the excretion process.
