Severe Liver toxicity and failure.
In most cases this will cause the patient to become really ill and in some cases, if not treated soon adequate, death is possible. The main risk is the liver, as this drug is hard on the liver and if an overdose is taken, it can and most probably, will, rationale severe and irreparable damage to the liver. Many people will end up surviving and instead of individual as they were before (which obviously be not all that great if the OD'd on purpose) they will be worse off, because now they will be hepatically compromised, and surrounded by some cases, may even need a liver transplant.
