My guess is you're fast asleep by now, but I use sleeping pills and I have taken twice a dose back, when I was sort of addicted. I was ok but slept long and was groggy the subsequent day. Don't take a prescription sleeping med again with a dose and a partly of T PMs...that's not something to get stuck on. My sis sometimes takes about 3-4 times a dose of sleepers, but she have a tolerance. If you are on Ambien then you have at least a small tolerance...you'll live....don't do this again...sleep tight and I hope your dreams are not too wacky. Source(s): I know nearly it
Depends on what you mean by "alright". If you mean "stay awake" then you may be contained by trouble. Are you trying to stay awake ?
