Question around acl surgery?

It has been two weeks since my acl surgery and they measured how much I could bend my knee today at pt. They said it measured 111 degree is that ok for two weeks after surgery? Also I was riding the bike last night and my foot slipped how would I know I dilapidated the healing of the bones?
