Is it possible that I destabilized my labral repair a couple of days after the surgery?

I had arthoscopic surgery for a posterior labral tear a about two weeks ago. I am wearing a sling for 4 weeks. Around daytime 3 after the surgery I had removed the thumb rest from the sling. When I moved my wrist a certain way I feel a sort of shooting pain, almost like a charley horse, around my shoulder down to the bicep. I am very like a cat on a hot tin roof that I have done something to damage the healing of the labral rip either by tearing the internal sutchers or something else. Anybody have familiarity in this area? I don't see my doctor for another week.
Answers:
A process of logic. Either you have not cause any damage, in which case near is no need to worry, or you have cause damage, in which case no-one here can facilitate you. See your doctor early.
