If I forget to rob my antidepressant in the future, should I steal two the subsequent sunshine?
I have never forgotten to take my meds, I take 1 tablet of 20mg aropax (paxil) once a daytime. I forgot yesterday, (I take them at night and I fell asleep on the couch and forgot) should I take two tonight, I know roughly the withdrawal, I thought it might just give me a joyous tomorrow?

No don't double your dose the next light of day. Just skip it and move on. And, very sadly, taking more will not necessarily engender you happy. But it could make you anxious, agitated, and have acute insomnia. Yes Paxil does enjoy a high risk of discontinuation syndrome but missing one dose and then taking your normal dose subsequent day will be fine. It has a short half-life but one day should not be long adequate that problems will occur. You might take the next dose rather bit earlier if you feel at all mortified. But taking 40mg is not going to do anything but cause problems. Call your doctor if you feel you need to and if you do hold any symptoms of discontinuation then call your doctor. Also, one very adjectives symptom is a feeling "electric shocks." This happens more with Paxil than any other SSRI.

I pocket Welbutrin. Occasionally I miss a day and double up the next day near no problem.
no never double up on you medicine. if you forget to take it and it's close to the next dosage time a moment ago wait until then. if you've been taking the tablets long enough, it's really shouldn't have an adverse effect on you.
No, you should NEVER double up your dose. Just take it the next day you remember. Any pharmacist I'm sure will let somebody know you that.

No, newly because you missed one dose does not mean you can double up tomorrow. I take Paxil and you should suffer no ill effects from missing one time. Just follow the directions on the script.
