Weed doesnt in recent times contain THC, there are 60 other compounds which get you high.

Drink lots of fluids (tea is good) and give it at lowest possible a week clean to pass a urine test.
They look for the 'cleansers' contained by those tests too- depending on the company they may still tell you no.
Not trying to lecture you but it is unfair to both you and the employer to lie drug tests in any way. Also, if your employer finds out subsequent you will probably get fired for it.

Personally, for most jobs, I couldn't care less what you do on your own time so long as you do not show up large or get high at work. But the work I employ race for isn't dangerous. Pot smoking does screw up your judgment and it can exact you to do screwy things. I know from experience as both a former user and an employer.
There are lots of employers that do not have drug testing. Look for those because it doesn't concern if you get high and you don't have the risk of getting fired over it and have a black mark on your record.
