Numbness surrounded by arms, chest and legs?

I had numbness in legs from sciatic nerve pinch, but very soon I seem to have the same from wrist to wrist (across chest) at darkness. and heaviness of arms and tight chest the next day. I tried to look up, but too blurred of symptoms I guess. Any idea's? Yes I will be getting to Dr next week.

if this is so then i would suspect something to do with paralysing and would attain to a hospital a bit sooner
