A grill in the order of quitting benzos cold turkey?

i been taking it for 3 months and 2 weeks the first couple of weeks i was taking 1mg a day of xanax later it went to 2 mgs and somedays when i ran out of xanax id transport 2mg of klonopins but i always took 2mgs at the most... i haven't have xanax or klonopin in 3 days produce i am wanting off of those evil drugs.. but for the past 3 days i have have a headache and my anxiety is much worse.. my question is since its been 3 days... is it possible for me to even have a tremor cause i heard quitting cold turkey causes seizure but my nurse told me that i have a 1% chance of seizure since i be only doing 2mgs a day for 3 months and 2 weeks and im just making sure i wont resembling seizure out or die.. and i read alot of xanax withdrawals causes insomnia but im competent to sleep at night if i take my sleeping meds im perscribed to... anyways any info on this would be so great!!
