If a living creature be accidentally locked within the cold storage of a hospital morgue...?
...how long could they survive?
Answers:
few factor influence survival time - age or weight are only ones i can think of very soon.
:)
Depends.
If they were believed to be limp, there's a variety of physiological influences to consider. Some people have be known to survive, but it's rather more likely that somebody surrounded by a state of inactivity with a low enough heart rate to be mistaken for unconscious, locked in cold storage, would die.
Our morgue is kept at 32 degrees F, and has more than adequate freshening. It would depend on your body fat and clothing. Our ancestors lived outdoors in winters far colder than that.
not long as they would freeze to death, similar to in the south/north poles, unless they had plenty of warm cloths and food
probably not long as i doubt theres much air, they'd probably have a heart attack from the stress of the claustrophobic conditions and the coldness would probably only just kill them.
PLUS no food, water.
