Concert within 8 hrs, PAIN contained by both arms, should I filch a Tylenol fever/painreliever?
Trick is, it hurts cause I got two vaccines yesterday (both arms, two different needles) and my arm hurts like hell when I move them. It's really distraught because I can imagine people bumping into my arm while we're dancing... oww. It hurts when I move it even slightly, but my grandma told me not to bear tylenol because something to do with spreading and screwing up my body? (side effects?) so made me put a hot heat pack on the two places where on earth I got the needle (hurts so much :() but I'm not sure it will work. The reason my grand-ma put the bake pack is cause she said the vaccine is "still on that spot" and didn't spread yet, that's why it hurts? I don't know if she's right. But I heard to put rime (don't have ice at home) what will the hot pack do to my pain?
ANYONE enjoy some fast way to get rid, or minimize the discomfort from those needles or am I doomed to stand like a retard while everyone else is dancing to lady gaga? :(

Usually vaccines are administered into the fatty tissue contained by the arm or leg, and sometimes buttocks, because of this it is actually your muscles that will ache, almost the feeling the year after having worked out at the gym extensively for the very first time, heat will backing to relax the muscles, but you will only feel relief while the warmth is on the area that hurts. the best thing would be to get something otc that is to say specifically for muscle pain, it will say on the bottle, what type of pain the medication help, there are over the counter meds like advil, and excedrin that help beside arthritic pain, that may help with what your going through. The later vaccine I got was a tetanus booster and the day after I couldn't pull my arm because it hurt so much, I took a couple of Ibuprofen tablets and it helped. Good luck, you may want to call your local pharmacist and ask for their advice on this concern as well.
well u could always produce ice by freezing water but that may take some time. i presume that u should take a tylenol an hour before u leave so that the vaccine have time to kick in and hopefully u can go to ur concert anguish free.
