What "baroslopes" does it tight?

Hi..I'm italian and i have some problem with the meaning of this word..
in attendance isn't in the dictionary and google brings up very little about it..i enjoy to study some english veterinary books, and it's related to the heart or something similar, but i can't figure out the meaning properly.
Is out in attendance someone who can help me?!?!

Despite a working lifetime in medicine it is not a word I enjoy encountered before either, so you are not alone. Browsing some recent literature suggests that a baroslope is a physiological facts curve where the x-axis is pressure, so "cardiac baroslope" could mean the relation of heart rate to blood pressure (or it could be any cardiac parameter on the y-axis of the graph in relation to pressure).
