Apparently women are supposed to get atleaset 1200 calories to function normally. I burn about 350 calories during a workout so does that connote i should get between 1500 and 1600 caloires per day? i think that if you dont grasp enough calories per day your body slows down your metabolism (because its conserving energy incentive it thinks your on some sort of desert island, starving or something lol) so that you can actually GAIN immensity insetead of loose it. Im 5"2' if that helps.
