Took 7.5mg of zopiclone an hour or so ago and still not remotely tired.?
been having trougble sleeping of late tried adjectives sorts of things to get asleep but nothing is doing the job.
any suggestions?

i have like peas in a pod problem, sucks doesn't it? wish i could just give myself a standard anaesthetic everynight lol!
