I hope not...would you want someone to stick a needle into you without have the proper training?
Just not acceptable minus required certification.
You can not make available injections or draw blood without the proper training and certification. Drawing blood requires going through a phlebotomy training and giving injections is usually covered in CNA or Medical assisting classes. Most positions which require direct lenient contact or care require certification.
