you Might.. I used to smoke a lot of pot while coming down from meth, and I never got visuals, but it depends HOW LONG you stay up.

I have never halucinated from smoking weed while coming down from meth.... very well MILD hallucinations... ALSO from other drugs i.e mushrooms, salvia, ecstasy Source(s): experience
