It's tough, because some of your symptoms could be caused by other symptoms that actually are caused by the disease. (For example, constant nouns could leave a person very depressed.) Short of going to more doctors and have more tests, which could be what you need, I think I would start some serious research on my own. I would look into the possibility of environmental cause, such as exposure to chemicals of some kind, allergies to something in your home or diet, etc. Make a list of anything toxic you might enjoy been exposed to and research it thoroughly. Have your water tested. Try thinking about the problem within new ways. Maybe the solution is right in front of you, but traditional medicine is not equipped to see it. Consider acupuncture. These are a moment ago suggestions. I would NOT stop seeing my medical doctor, however. Seizures are very serious, and it is possible that your tumor left you with some fixed issues. I know it's frustrating to have seen so many doctors and grain like you haven't been helped. You're not alone contained by that. Don't give up. Try and help yourself, and keep looking for that one doctor who will know what's wrong and know how to help you.
A difficult question to answer and I'm going up against 25 other medical professionals!

The problem is that all of those symptoms COULD derive in the brain an it would help if I knew where on earth the tumor was removed from and what type of tumor it is.

I would recommend you ask for some psychological follow-up to determine brain functioning or if they are willing more extensive radiological (MRI, PET) studies to determine how your brain is functioning.
