I hold be medicated by a local doctor but I be not totally cured, can anyone minister to me?

I have my STD and the doctor told me that I have that kind of sickness. I feel pain in my throat due to gonorrhea and STD sexual activity. Please oblige me find the cure for this. I was out of my mind to think of the best medicine for curing this STD. I took a great deal of antibiotics as advised by the local doctor but I did not feel any cure. Are there doctors out here who can help my problems. I need medical advice from an expert. I don't want to turn to the hospital anymore.
