Is it O.K. to externally masturbate when you are taking vaginal ovules/antibiotics?

I am taking Cleocin Vaginal Ovules and I am dying to get off... I can do it over my panties so I will not be messing inside but would me getting all hot and unhealthy mess up the medicine? How long after taking this med should I wait to do it?

Also, is it ok to take Advil while taking this stuff?
