Well - if 5 mg are in 1 ml, then to endow with 1 mg you would need to give 1/5th of a ml.
So - 0.2 ml would equal 1 mg.
amount required (mg) / amount in stock (mg) x ml
=1mg/5mg x 1ml
=0.2ml
__5 mg__ = __1 mg__ = 1 x 1 =1 divided by 5 = 0.2 ml
