What almost Doctors or Veternarian's (sp) who use cocaine?

Is that a danger to a patient if a Doctor or surgeon had done cocaine earlier they work on them, even a couple days before? Is it like seeping out of their skin and snout? How about the same with vet who use, can they cause harm to your pets?
