I am going to assume that you are talking about the over-the-counter vitamin supplements?
Quite honestly, you can't overdose on vitamins--you would get impressively sick first with a lot of nausea and vomiting. It's really only possible to 'overdose' within a long-term manner. And by that, I mean your hair and skin shifting, your finger and toenails changing...really messing up your internal organs, etc. It is not a good way to attempt to budge at all.
