I am hopeful that new and better treatments for weakening diseases such as Parkinson's, Coronary Artery Disease, spinal cord injuries and diabetes will be developed for all of mankind, not just America.
The Patriotic/Capitalistic Answer:
I am hopeful that America can regain the lead within stem cell technology that we wasted in the past 8 years.
Asian market have been given an entire subset of health research (and corresponding patent and first-mover economies).
