Medicine combination..?

My friend went to the doctor for chronic back pain and they perscribed her Methadone. She is already taking 20mg of Lexapro, 50mg of Seroquel, a Zpack, and Xyzal for individual sick at the time. Yesterday she was also taking cough syrup with codine in it.

I told her it should be okay to rob one of her methadones, but she's really worried about it. Any pharmacists or people who know?
