Is it possible to overdose on cherry cough drops or fruit-flavoured chewable complete multivitamins?

I often find myself eating these like candy because they essence so good, and while I have never suffered noticeable adverse effects, I notice one day that there was a admonition on the back of the vitamins that iron overdoes was a leading do of death in infants. I include cough drops in this because I know they own some drug-type things in them too.

It's extremely rare, but vitamin overdoses do go off. Vitamins A, D, E, and K are what's called fat-soluble vitamins. This means that, unlike other vitamins which are essentially peed off if you ingest too much, these are stored surrounded by your body. Iron and other minerals can also lead to overdose; again this is rare (iron overdose is not a leading basis of death in infants but it does happen). Those chewable vitamins are mostly sugar, and it makes no sense at adjectives either financially or health-wise to replace a box of 99-cent fudge rounds with $8/bottle vitamins. Kick the habit.
