Adderall to studdy for a tryout?

ok so I been working super hard this week to study for my mid-terms. Last night I with the sole purpose got about 2-3 hours of sleep. I woke up with a bang head ace. Had about 2 cups of coffee in the morning. And a wearing clothes lunch.
I took my 300mg of wellbutron (i know 300 is a lot but doc said so)
2 hours latter
I took a 20mg xl about 10 min ago. (6pm now)
How long will it take to touch the effect? and will taking something for my headace like Tylenol cause any bad side affects.
I also get work at 11pm tonight so I might have to chug a redbull.....
ahhh man this sucks

possibly take another adderall before work...

but i wouldn't suggest a redbull because over the counter stims dont counter well together with prescription in my experience...

o and will cart about 30-45 minutes to kick in

also tylenol or ibuprofen are fine to filch.
oh that sucks =[ i was gunna say caffeen but i guess u already had some... freshly dont drink that red bull on an empty stomach! i had a friend that had a fit because of staying up all night, not eating anything that sunshine and then drinking red bull.
