No. Urine drug screen tests do much more than detect the presence or absence of drugs. They also look at chemical composition of the example it self. It really depends on the specific test... Good luck with that. Most drug tests are monitored and you don't have access to hose. They are also temperature controlled now, so if you manage to find hose, good luck making sure it's body temperature when you pour it in the cup.

Don't do it.
A lot of cups come beside an internal temperature strip that monitors the temp. If it's abnormally high or unusually low, it can be detected this way.
Also, if you dilute your urine with water, the specific gravity (one of the things we testing for when we do your urinalysis) will be off, as well as your creatinine level. These two things will make clear to us that your urine test has been tamper with, and more than likely, we will ask for a recollect.
