Can venlafaxine [effexor] effect "pins & needles" and bluey-purple foot when i lay down?

Ive been taking venlafaxine for 11 years now, when you first take it it can own some crazy side effects. I couldn't pee properly, feeling dizzy, couldnt sleep and i felt "high" for about a month.
If your varying dosages or just starting then expect weird side effects, if you hold been on it for a while at a steady dose then you can also get side effects sometimes.
With me if i don't rob it at a regular time each day then i be aware of dizzy and yes i have experienced pins and needle sometimes also the dizzy feeling and sense sick.

Yeah it sounds like it is caused by the medication if you have be on all those doses. I know its hard but i would reccomend trying to stay at the dose your on now and dont increase.
Im trying to come stale my meds and its so damn hard, even at the low dose im taking. When i decreased my meds i did it gradually and it be horrible experience, i was shaking, feeling dizzy all the time, i have bad memory etc. Source(s): Now on 37.5mg of venlaxine, was origonally on 150mg.
its not listed specifically as a side effect tho in that seem to be many. however different people can enjoy different reactions to drugs so its best to advise yr doctor and let them opt if its caused by the medication or whether there is another cause any conceivably something that needs treating.
