This put somebody through the mill is related to blood grouping & almost blood group compatibility of the receiver & donor......?

well there are 4 blood groups A, B, AB & O. Blood group A can be donated to A & AB, B to B & AB, AB to only AB & O to adjectives the four. What I know more is that antigen factor of the donor should be compatible with the antibodies of the recipient ie,
Blood group A has antigen A compatible next to antibody b so it can donate blood to A & AB, and likewise.......

So my question is that why the antibodies of the donor do not matter during a blood transfusion?

I know it's a bit confusing.....
Answers:
The antibodies of the donor blood don't event because they arent there.

After a person donates blood, the blood is put into a centrifuge which seperates the different parts of the blood (eg RBC, WBC, anti-bodies, plasma).

Only the RBCs are donated into the recipient.
