you need to learn to forget adjectives then things and remember you are human just like adjectives of us so beat your self up just learn from after Source(s): kaydid
Some people who forget things in their long-gone...it still bothers them subconsciously, because the brain is all connected. That is why when you remember something that happened that was impossible, you might get nauseous, which is also part of your brain working, and possibly you cry, which is another part, and maybe you start sweating... etc.. Some people who be tortured say in childhood, may not remember it, but they wrap up up having a low self esteem because their perception of themselves is affected in the brain, and next sometimes they make bad ways of dealing with the self esteem issue by harm themselves or not being able to hold a job because of the bearing they interact w/ others, etc.

It's really best that you see a counselor and get some help if something bad happen. The best way is to learn how to think in the order of it and realize what you CAN do today to make it better.

Sorry if you are having a difficult time with your memories. It is best to hold them and realize that you have the power and strength to own them and use them in a constructive way to produce today and tomorrow change for good in some agency.
